随着疫情不断增加，首相办公室今日（5月28日）发文告称，首相慕尤丁今日下午主持国家安全理事会特别会议后，决定实施“第一阶段”全面封锁，经济领域和社交活动将会完全关闭，6月1日起至6月14日，共为期14天。

文告中表示，在此期间除了关键的经济和服务领域外，所有领域均不准运作，国家安全理事会将列出这些领域。
